Each individual is permitted exactly one BTPKR account. Operating multiple accounts is grounds for permanent suspension and forfeiture of funds held in duplicate accounts.
All BTPKR bonuses carry wagering requirements before withdrawal. The specific multiplier and eligible games are stated at the time the bonus is offered. Abuse results in bonus cancellation.
All withdrawals from BTPKR are processed in Pakistani Rupees to the verified payment method registered on your account — Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT or card.
Any use of bots, exploits, coordinated betting patterns or collusion is prohibited. BTPKR reserves the right to void bets, close accounts and withhold funds where fair play violations are found.
BTPKR provides deposit limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion. Players have the right to request these tools at any time and the platform will honour those requests immediately.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you") and BTPKR ("we", "us", "the Platform"). They govern all use of the website btpkr.biz and all services, games and features accessible through it.
By creating a BTPKR account, accessing any game, making a deposit or claiming a bonus, you confirm that you are entering into this agreement voluntarily, that you meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 and that you will comply with all terms stated here. Your acceptance applies to the current version of these Terms as well as any future amendments, which take effect when published at btpkr.biz/terms-conditions.

Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be closed immediately and any balance forfeited pending investigation. We do not accept liability for underage access where false information has been provided during registration.
Each individual may hold only one BTPKR account. Operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name, under a family member's name or through any other arrangement — is a breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all related accounts and forfeiture of funds.
You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons under legal guardianship, or those whose mental capacity to understand the nature of gambling has been formally questioned, should not register.
When you register on BTPKR you agree to provide accurate, truthful and current information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. BTPKR will never ask for your password via email, live chat or any external channel — if you receive such a request, treat it as fraudulent and contact support immediately.
You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your BTPKR account, you must notify us immediately at support@btpkr.biz. We will investigate and take appropriate action but cannot be held liable for losses incurred before you report the unauthorised access.
BTPKR accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign or otherwise deal in your account or any funds held in it. Accounts suspected of being transferred will be closed and funds frozen pending review.
BTPKR accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following verified payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfer and Visa/Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Payment method availability may vary.
You must only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Depositing from a third-party account — whether a family member, friend or any other person — is not permitted. Any deposit made from a payment source that does not belong to you may result in the funds being held pending investigation.
Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits typically credit to your BTPKR wallet within seconds. Bank IBFT transfers may take up to two business hours depending on your bank. BTPKR does not charge fees on deposits. Your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges which are outside our control.
If a deposit is deducted from your payment method but does not appear in your BTPKR wallet within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number. Do not attempt the same deposit again before checking with support as this may result in a duplicate charge.

Withdrawals from BTPKR are processed in PKR to the verified payment method linked to your account. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200. BTPKR does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions.
Before any withdrawal can be processed, BTPKR may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) including submission of your CNIC and confirmation of your registered payment method. This is a one-time process and protects your account from unauthorised withdrawals.
Bonus funds must complete their wagering requirements before the corresponding winnings can be withdrawn. Real-money deposits are generally withdrawable at any time subject to identity verification. BTPKR reserves the right to delay a withdrawal for up to 72 hours if a review of the transaction is required for security purposes. You will be notified if this applies to your request.

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented. The general principles below apply to all BTPKR bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
All games available on BTPKR operate according to their individual game rules as displayed within each game. By placing a bet you confirm that you understand the rules of the game you are playing. BTPKR cannot accept claims of ignorance of game rules as grounds for refunding a lost bet.
Classic game modes use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) independently audited for fairness. Crash game outcomes such as Aviator use a provably fair algorithm with publicly verifiable seed data, allowing any player to confirm the fairness of any historical round.
In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection during play or any software error that produces an undetermined or incorrect game outcome, BTPKR reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the player's wallet. This is the maximum liability BTPKR accepts in malfunction scenarios.
BTPKR's decision on game outcomes, bonus eligibility and account status is final where supported by server-side logs and audit data. In the event of a dispute between the player's displayed result and our server records, the server-side record takes precedence.

Personal data collected includes registration information (name, email, phone number), payment method details for the purpose of processing transactions, game activity records required for audit and fairness verification, and device and session data used for security and fraud prevention.
BTPKR does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers and regulatory or law enforcement bodies where legally required.
All content on BTPKR — including but not limited to the BTPKR name, logo, website design, game interfaces, promotional materials, text, graphics and software — is the intellectual property of BTPKR or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment only.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify or create derivative works from any BTPKR content without prior written consent. Unauthorised use of BTPKR's intellectual property may give rise to civil and criminal liability.
BTPKR provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, error-free service, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure issues and events outside our control may affect service availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BTPKR's total liability to any player arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. BTPKR is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses of any kind.
BTPKR reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time if we reasonably believe that a player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, provided false information or represents a risk to the integrity of the platform or the safety of other players.
Where an account is suspended or closed due to a Terms violation, any bonus balances are forfeited. Real-money funds not connected to an active investigation will be returned to the player's registered payment method after relevant deductions and the completion of any required verification process.
Players wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting support@btpkr.biz. Accounts closed voluntarily will have their remaining real-money balance returned to the registered payment method within 5 business days.

If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction at the first stage, you may escalate it in writing to support@btpkr.biz with the subject line "Formal Complaint" and full details of the issue. BTPKR will acknowledge formal complaints within 3 business days and provide a final response within 14 business days.
BTPKR reserves the right to update, modify or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the new terms take effect. For non-material clarifications, updated Terms take effect upon publication at btpkr.biz/terms-conditions.
Continuing to use BTPKR after the effective date of any Terms update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms you should cease using the platform and contact support to close your account.
